Research Focus

Our research has found that those companies (any institution for that matter) – large and small, for profit or not for profit – who have sustained the greatest value creation or record of service over the long term, did so because they practiced basic priorities in their work community; and as a result, cultivated their true purpose to maximize the rewards they shared while learning how to manage the risks they faced along the way.
