Our TeamOdontuya (Odno) Demid
Odontuya Demid is the Research and Training Coordinator at the Institute. She is responsible for coordinating the research for Peter DeMarco’s forthcoming books The Goodwill Leader and Priority Thinking. In addition, she assists in the development and deployment of on-line and on-site curriculums to our clients. Odno worked for more than 10 years in the field of adult learning and education for an NGO with over 250,000 members in Mongolia. Throughout her career, she has been involved in implementing of “train the trainer” courses as well as development of curriculums on communication and management. While working as the Head of Education and Training Department, she developed a planning and reporting system for all mandatory and competency based training requirements. Odno has also worked with the United States State Department as a translator and protocol assistant. Odno has a Bachelor of Art in Law from the School of Law at National University in Ulaanbataar, Mongolia; a Master of Management Science from the Academy of Management in Ulaanbataar; and a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Development from the Rochester Institute of Technology. Odno has been studying in the United States on a Fulbright Scholarship since 2007. |
