Leslie DonkinLeslie Donkin is an affiliate career coach and consultant with a focus on sales & marketing performance and strategy in the information technology, manufacturing, and financial services industries. She is also our Director for the Dealer Development Program where she teaches our clients the value of applying and practicing Priority Thinking in their day to day business. Leslie is particularly effective at helping organizations to improve performance within their sales and marketing organizations by discovering the true priorities that drive sustained value creation. She has a strong understanding of the business culture and dynamics in middle market and closely held or family owned businesses through her experience running her family's company, as well as academic research.

Her International experience includes undergraduate study in Florence, Italy and postgraduate study in Hungary and the United Kingdom. Leslie independently established the first regional representative office in Malaysia while Business Development Manager for Triangle Software, a developer and marketer of business software programs. In that capacity, she developed the entry strategy for new products by gathering market information about specific countries, potential partners, and appropriate regional marketing vehicles. She formed partnerships in Singapore , Philippines and Australia with IT solutions providers.

Leslie lived in England from 1995-2000 while Manager of Strategic Alliances for Cognos Corporation, the market leader in business intelligence software. Her most recent trip was to India in 2004 as a cultural ambassador selected by Rotary International as part of their Group Study Exchange program.

Leslie holds a BA in International Relations from Pepperdine University and an MBA from Henley Management College in the United Kingdom.
