Allison is a trainer responsible for overseeing the development of our training curriculum and operational excellence tools. Having worked in front-line manufacturing for over 19 years - she has lived and applied the concepts of Priority Thinking® in a wide spectrum of production environments and facilities in New York, Texas and Mexico.

A bona fide Priority Thinker, Allison has domestic and international experience in the optics, plastics, textile and wood industries. Throughout her career, she has been involved in designing and implementing several “train the trainer” courses for various facets of production, and has been responsible for developing safety programs and quality systems, while applying the tools of Lean on the foundational principles of Priority Thinking. With so much first-hand exposure to the applications of Priority Thinking, Allison brings to our clients first-hand knowledge gained from numerous years in front-line supervisory experience. She has the ability to quickly translate abstract concepts and goals into practical tools and processes, and brings a down to earth experienced based approach to adult learning that utilizes hands-on training to foster understanding.

Allison has a Bachelors degree in Teaching Physical Education with a Coaching Certification from the State University of Brockport, New York.
