Blake Leath
In the course of the past ten years, Blake has worked with practitioners and pragmatists in ninety-three companies, more divisions, and many Federal, State, and Local Agencies, Departments, and Bureaus as well as individual researchers from Oxford, Harvard, UCLA, Stanford, Darden, MIT, and The Union Institute to understand and maximize employee performance, longevity, and passion. In 1996, Blake was honored with Chodan (first degree black belt) by Master Jin Song Chung of the World Taekwondo Federation. Blake holds the rank of Sadan (fourth degree black belt) in Song Moo Kwan taekwondo and in 1996 he published his first book, GAN: A Christian Perspective of the Martial Arts. He is currently tinkering with three books – Workplace Involvement, Out of Dodge: The Transformational Journey from Heroic to Post-Heroic Leadership, and Management Malpractice: Twenty-Five Anecdotes of Organizational Idiocy. Blake, his wife Dawn, and their daughter Lauren make their home in Dallas, TX. Blake earned his BA in Management, his MA degree in Organizational Management, and his PhD in Organizational Sociology. |
