Jeff Schaeffer
Jeff spent a twenty year career in the food service and restaurant business with the last fifteen years as a manager and owner. His experience with building strong teams in a difficult labor market give him unique insights and understanding into the demands faced by employers. As a restaurant manager & owner, Jeff implemented simple but effective business systems to build customer loyalty and relationships while improving employee retention significantly. The average tenure for his employees exceeded five years in a market where the average was thirteen months. In his spare time, Jeff enjoys volunteering at his son's school, spending time with his family and staying active in the Cub Scouts. Jeff has an Associates Degree in Computer Systems Management from the College of Westchester in White Plains, New York. |
