Coaching Assessments

Our standard discovery package for coaching clients includes the 16PF personality profile and Wonderlic® cognitive assessment.  This package is NOT designed to serve as a final judgment of a client's suitability for a position.  Rather it is a single element of our multi-faceted discovery effort at the outset of the coaching process, serving to increase self-knowledge on the part of the client and helping the coach to identify areas to explore further.

Taking the On-line Assessments
Taking the on-line assessments is easy.  Contact us to register, and we will email you your Username,  Password and Key.  Once you have this information, simply follow the steps below.  After you complete the assessment, we will contact you with the results and set-up a discussion session with Mary Martin for a comprehensive review.

  1. Using a web browser (Microsoft® Internet Explorer 5.5 or greater, Netscape 6.0 or greater), access the Hezel Online Assessment site by clicking the logo.

  2. Enter your Username, Password & Key

  3. Complete both on-line assessments

  4. Close your web browser when you are done
