The Behavioral Priorities
"Behavior
is what a man does, not what he thinks, feels, or believes"

The four Behavioral Priorities
shape the relationships with our colleagues and
employees at work. They provide a framework for
effective and ethical behavior in an organization.
Building an ethical culture is dependent on the
recognition and exercise of these priorities. Leading
is about doing what is right in both our actions as well
as our words; the actions of one influence the actions
and reputations of many.
