Daily Operating Priorities

The four Daily Operating Priorities lay the foundation for sustainable high-performance in any organization.  There is a wide gulf between eliminating defects and waste through operational excellence techniques and effecting strategic change.  Yet the priorities both enable the former AND accomplish the latter.  The four operating priorities provide a stable order for each day, and align each employee's decision-making authority to his/her respective level of responsibility.  By thus aligning operational decisions to the priorities, leaders can create more time to think and act on the broader strategic issues of the business.

Course Objective:
To help organizational leaders of all levels of responsibility to recognize and learn the four Daily Operating Priorities, and to provide these leaders with practical methods for enabling the four D.O.P.s in their respective organizations.
