Executive Leadership Series

"Leadership is a potent combination of strategy and character. But if you must be without one, be without the strategy."

                                                  ~ Norman Schwarzkopf

Leaders must be of Great Character But great character alone, does not make an effective leader. At the Executive level, leaders must have a detailed self-awareness of their personal leadership style and characteristics. The Leadership Inventory is the first step in the process of our Executive Leadership Series. The process continues with a series of programs that engages the Executive's personal experience with the Priority Thinking? model, to develop a stronger, more effective, ethical leader for the organization.

Series Objective:
To assist the "Chief" and other Executive leaders in an organization to become more effective in driving the changes in performance and corporate culture, that will result in long term growth and benefits of both the organization, and the leaders themselves.
