Introduction to Priority Thinking

"I accept reality and dare not question it."
                                       ~
Walt Whitman

Do you and your organization have your priorities straight?  All individuals and organizations have priorities; they are apparent for all to see in the way we spend our time, money and resources.  Yet it is not necessarily true that they are the right priorities.  When it comes to making decisions that will impact the long-term well-being of our organizations or ourselves, pie-in-the-sky idealism just won't cut it.  We need a solid framework of priorities that is rooted in reality.  Our Introduction to Priority Thinking? course is designed to help participants to think through critical issues when it comes to deciding just what is important for personal and professional success.

Course Objective:
To introduce leaders of all levels of responsibility to the fundamental concepts of Priority Thinking, and help them begin to think more clearly about what is truly important to the organization in the long-run.

Course Topics Include (but are not limited to):
? What is a priority?
? The Guiding Rules of Priority Thinking
? Daily Operating Priorities
? Leadership Priorities
? Behavioral Priorities
? Knowledge Priorities

Reality Check

When we fail to recognize and act on what is truly important in the daily operations of our organization, we make a bet against reality.
