The knowledge Priorities

"Real knowledge is to know the extent of one's ignorance."

The four Knowledge Priorities are critical to sustaining the growth of every employee in any organization. The Knowledge Priorities are what each employee must learn in order to grow in competence. Each Team Member must understand why and how these priorities impact their capacity to function in the position they hold.

Course Objective:
To help employees at all levels of responsibility to recognize and learn the four Knowledge Priorities. This course will provide each employee with practical methods for living the Knowledge Priorities and develop their habit of competence in their respective organizations.

Knowledge Priorities

This priority set indicates the order of importance employees, leaders, and teams must place on what they learn and do with that knowledge. To know, does not mean we will do.
