The Leadership Priorities

"You can't lead if you don't have any followers."

                                                            ~ Unknown

The four Leadership Priorities provide the framework for effective and ethical leadership of an organization.  Building a great culture is dependent on the recognition and exercise of these priorities.  Many leaders get confused about what should get the most focus of their time, energy and resources.
