Priority Thinking is
the natural process of putting life's guiding principles into
action. The principles that we hold dear as
human beings are the starting points for the way we act,
so it's not just inconsistent to believe one thing and
do another . . . it's impossible. When we make
certain behaviors a priority, we make a choice that
those behaviors are truly important to us and we express
that choice in our actions. The philosophy of Priority
Thinking helps leaders to clarify what is and ought to
be truly important to them, and provides a framework for
acting on those priorities to build a culture that
enables individuals and organizations to flourish.
