Setting Strategic Priorities

"Our business strategy is not to compete."
                ~
Eric Schmidt, CEO, Google Inc.

Strategy is not about battling the competition; it is about charting a new - and better - course.   Setting Strategic Priorities was developed to help organizational leaders STOP obsessing over the competition and START focusing on what is truly important: leveraging organizational strengths to establish a unique niche for their goods and services.  By the end of this full day of training, course participants will have a better understanding of the means and ends of Strategy planning, it's importance to the long-term success of the organization, and the disciplined thought and action required to keep their strategic priorities straight!
