The essence of strategy is finding opportunity and choosing to perform activities differently from competitors so as to provide a unique value proposition.  To sustain the capacity to offer such a proposition, organizations must develop an efficient system of activities, each of which reinforces the other.   Our Strategy Series is designed to guide organizational leaders through the entire Strategy planning process - from formulating a Vision to mapping a Strategy to executing the Strategy on the front-lines.
