Frontline Supervisor Series

"Leadership is practiced not so much in words as in attitudes and in actions."
                           ~
Harold Geneen

The Frontline Supervisor Series provides the framework for effective and ethical leadership for Team Leaders and Supervisors.  The best leaders understand that they must cultivate willing followers who believe in the core purpose and vision of their organization.  Many supervisors get confused about what should get the most focus of their time, energy and resources. Having an understanding of and the ability to apply sound priorities to daily decision-making will allow frontline supervisors to develop an efficient system for completing their daily activities.

Series Objective:
To enable effective, high-performance, highly ethical frontline supervisors through instruction in the theory and application of priority-driven, team-oriented leadership. To help frontline supervisors develop a systematic approach to their daily activities and responsibilities.

Course Modules Include (but are not limited to):

? Essentials of Teamwork
? What are Priorities?

? Daily Operating Priorities
?
Conducting Start-Up Meetings

Essentials of Leadership

Putting Employees First means more than just serving their needs.  The best leaders understand that they must cultivate willing followers by effectively "setting a good example", communicating, engaging, providing feedback and more... It means building a team of "A" players and holding them accountable.
