Rachel Burgess Director of Client Support & Administration

Rachel Burgess is the Director of Client Support & Administration at Priority Thinking®. She helps to organize and manage our client relationships, coordinates client engagements, and assists in recordkeeping and document management.

Before joining the Priority Thinking team, Rachel gained extensive experience in customer relations through a variety of positions. She has worked with the United States Postal Service and the Niagara County Probation Department. In addition, while in college she participated in extracurricular activities such as Rugby, Psychology Club, and serving as a volunteer firefighter with the Canandaigua FD.

Rachel resides in Canandaigua, New York with her husband. She holds a B.S. in Criminology & Criminal Justice with a minor in Sociology from Niagara University. In her free time, she enjoys horseback riding, traveling, and spending time with her husband Tom and their golden retriever mix.
